1. The holders of the positions or the officers responsible for the duties hereinafter designated are authorized to sign the documents listed after their respective designation, and their signature is binding on the Société québécoise des infrastructures as if they had been signed by the president and chief executive officer of the Société.
The same applies to persons authorized to hold the positions or perform the duties temporarily.
